for Chef Shay, food has always been more than flavor it's emotion, connection, and love.
As a young kid, she found joy in cooking for her family, hosting gatherings, and watching faces light up with every bite. That feeling never left her.
Over a decade later, after working in commercial kitchens and refining her craft through years of hands-on experience and training, Shay turned her lifelong passion into Meals By Shay - a luxury catering brand built on heart, excellence, and the belief that every meal should be an experience.
